Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nyc-tv-mounting.com and the TV mounting and installation services provided by LARYOCEAN LLC, doing business as LaryOcean Mounting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional television mounting and related installation services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Service availability, scheduling, and scope may vary based on your location, property, and the equipment involved.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to have an adult (18+) present at the service address during the appointment.
• You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and that the wall and location are suitable. We may decline or adjust work where installation would be unsafe.
• Appointment time windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Our prices are flat rates based on TV size and selected add-ons, as shown at the time of booking. Mounting brackets are not included unless stated.
• Additional work discovered on-site (e.g. unusual wall materials, electrical work, extra runs) may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before proceeding.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the services selected, plus applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Confirm that your TV, mount, and wall are compatible and rated for the equipment’s weight;
• Obtain any landlord, building, or HOA approvals required for installation;
• Secure or remove fragile items and valuables near the work area.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a mount we installed fails due to our installation error, contact us and we will re-secure it at no charge, subject to reasonable inspection. This workmanship guarantee does not cover damage from product defects, misuse, alterations by others, or structural issues with the wall.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaryOcean Mounting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in walls, wiring, or equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the LaryOcean Mounting brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
